Oregon Party Rentals is located across from the Deschutes County Fair and Expo Center.
Our large variety of equipment is housed in our warehouses right in the heart of Central Oregon. Our goal is to make your event look amazing and help you enjoy the planning process. Our entire staff is highly knowledgeable about events, equipment and design and will gladly help you select the right equipment for your event.
We provide a delivery service to the tri-county area
and beyond. Customers also have the option of picking up most of the items we offer for rent.

Our website has been designed to help our customers view a sampling of our inventory to help during the planning of their event. Please ask if you are looking for an item that is not displayed on our site as we carry many items not shown on our site. Our special events rental equipment inventory includes tents, tables, chairs, dance floors, staging, linens, dishes, glassware, flatware, candelabras, arches, gazebos, flower baskets, flower stands, champagne and beverage fountains, catering equipment, popcorn poppers, snow-cone machines, hot dog machines, cotton candy machines, gaming equipment, and much much more.
